Possessing own scientific and technological resources NPF "Techma" LTD produces cutting fluids Акватек® (Aquatech) and Техмол® Экстра (Techmol Extra) researched by the scientists of the Chuvash State University. Our cutting fluids were tested on such enterprises as JSC Kamaz, JSC VAZ, JSC UAZ and gained favorable reception.

The mentioned fluids allow work effectively either on home-produced equipment or machines and processing centers of the leading international producers.

Emulsion (soluble) and semisynthetic cutting fluids Акватек® Стандарт /aquatech standard/ Акватек ® Стандарт /standard/ Universal semisynthetic cutting fluid concentrate intended for different metal cutting operations. It is recommended for universal equipment and automated lines. It is used in the form of 3-5 % emulsions (more concentrated for machining high alloys, cast iron and aluminum alloys).Lifetime - 4-8 months Акватек ® Стандарт105 Modern universal emulsion cutting fluid concentrate. It can replace emulsion fluids ЭГТ, ЭТ-2, СП-3, Универсал /Universal/, НГЛ-205 and compatibles. It is used in the form of 3-15 % emulsions. Акватек® Стандарт Уверол /Uverol/ The functional analogue of the cutting fluid Уверол /Uverol/ Акватек® Стандарт ЭГТ The functional analogue of the cutting fluid ЭГТ /EGT/ Акватек® Стандарт СП-3 The functional analogue of the cutting fluid СП-3 /SP-3/ Акватек® Стандарт НГЛ-205 The functional analogue of the cutting fluid НГЛ-205 /NGL-205/ Semisynthetic cutting fluids Акватек ® Плюс /aquatech plus/ Cutting fluids of the Акватек® series are used to replace foreign soluble and synthetic fluids on the modern foreign and home-produced equipment. Cutting fluids of the Акватек® series may be applied on the equipment with individual and centralized feed systems. Working emulsions of the cutting fluids of the Акватек® series possess better detergency, penetrability, cooling and lubricating properties, they provide the necessary tool life and quality of machined surface, do not damage the lacquer coating, rubber and plastic components of metal-working machinery. Акватек® Плюс Universal semisynthetic cutting fluid concentrate intended for different metal cutting operations (steels of various machinability including ball bearing, gray and malleable cast iron, aluminum alloys) This fluid is recommended for bore machining and thread-cutting of the aluminum workpieces. It possesses a longer lifetime and high corrosion-resistant properties. It is used in the form of 3-9 % emulsions. Lifetime - 6-12 months. Synthetic cutting fluids Техмол ® Экстра /techmol extra/ The characteristic feature of Техмол ® Экстра series cutting fluids is high bacteriological resistance, which allows these fluids to retain high technological, anti-rust, sanitary and hygiene properties in heavy operating conditions. Техмол ® Экстра 105 4-6% concentrated cutting fluid is recommended for application in machining structural steel and cast iron, nonferrous metals and alloys (excluding hard-to-machine ones) without cutting fluid high-pressure feed. Техмол ® Экстра 150 2-4% concentrated cutting fluid is recommended for application in machining operations with cutting fluid pressure feed(with pressure less than 4 mPa) and high demands for cutting fluid detergency. It is recommended for application in cold forming of workpieces made of steel and aluminum sheet. Техмол ® Экстра 155 1.5-2.5% concentrated cutting fluid is recommended for application in high-speed machining operations with the high-pressure feed. The main application field is grinding operations. Техмол ® Экстра 170 It is recommended for application in large centralized cutting fluid operation systems with peculiar demands for cutting fluid lifetime and absence of workpieces in-process storage.
